Wayzata Children's Clinic is proud to introduce our Patient Portal! The purpose of our portal is to make routine, non-emergency communication more convenient and to provide patients and parents with better access to their or their child's health information.
Enrollment
Please read our Terms of Service. You can find an enrollment form here complete at home and return to the clinic via fax, email, US Mail or drop off at your next visit. You can also notify our Front Desk at your next appointment.
You must be a current patient of Wayzata Children's Clinic to enroll in our Patient Portal.
Once your enrollment form has been received and your account activated, you will receive a welcome email from Wayzata Children's Clinic (reminders@eclinicalmail.com). It will contain your username and temporary password, instructions for logging in for the first time and a link to our Patient Portal. NOTE: Each patient must have their own unique username and password.

Call your primary clinic between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. All of our Front Desk and Scheduling staff are knowledgeable and can assist you if you are having difficulties.

- Access and view lab results
- Request prescription refills for current medications
- View your personal health records and immunizations
- Send and receive non-emergent messages from our Triage Nurses
- Receive e-mail appointment reminders
- Update demographic information
