Directions

From the North or West
Take Hwy 7 or Minnesota Hwy 5 to Hwy 41 South
Go South on Hwy 41 approximately 3.5 miles South of Hwy 5
Turn left onto Hundertmark
Immediate right into the Two Twelve Medical Center parking lot

From the South
Take Hwy 41 North.
Just beyond U.S. 212, the Two Twelve Medical Center will be on the right.

From the East
Take U.S. 212 West to Hwy 41.
Go North on Hwy 41 one block.
Turn right onto Hundertmark Rd.
Immediate right into Two Twelve Medical Center parking lot.

*Wayzata Children's Clinic is right off the elevator on the 4th floor of the Two Twelve Medical Center.
