Directions

From the North, East or West
Take Hwy 7 or Minnesota Hwy 5 to Hwy 41 South
Go south on Hwy 41 approximately 2 miles south of Hwy 5
Turn left on Hazeltine Blvd.
Turn right on Hundertmark Road (this will be your first right)

From the South
Go north on Highway 41
Turn right on Pioneer Trail (Hwy 1) (past downtown Chaska)
Turn left on Hundertmark Road; go past Quizno's and Rainbow

The clinic is located in the one-story concrete building called Ridgeview Medical Plaza-Chaska.
